personally, i think jumping onto someone's board is a little low but then again, erik posted on his board and then stated here that he didnt even know it was there. how can you NOT know you have a message board on your own site and still post on it!
joe has a legit beef and a very legal leg to stand on especially if he takes this case to NYC. people here dont like the "fuck over" word. should it have gotten as out of hand as it did, absolutely no. does joe have every right to contact every one of eriks customers, absolutely.
i hope they can work it out cause what this has done now, is really make those who want to buy content from producers aware that proof is needed for reselling. if there was one thing i learned far before this all happen was to cover your ass. get CONTRACTS and make sure you read them. no contract, no go. you would think anyone with 2 brain cells would know that. shame it took this incident to bring it to light.
