Just want to point out a couple things. I have already gone through owning about 600 domains, I curerntly have 300 or so left. I sold a bunch including a package deal for $20K i haev multiple servers at my disposal to use and i do my own development and search engine markeint for myself as well as some of my closest friends. For the most part every domain / site I have put effort into has gotten on its main page of google for its respective keyword.

As far as rick and his board, yep been there, done that, for a while I was its youngest member. I learned quite a bit there before in my opinion the board started to be less incitefull and began to be more of a battlefield, I forsaw being ousted out of the group so I chose to part ways. So yea been there done that too. Great bunch of guys for the most part though, a lot that I still talk with daily.

In this day and age noone can replicate what rick has done, domains arent as easily had and the ones that get a ton of typein traffic are costly. This is why I prefer to register a domain for 8$ put a tiny bit of time into reseaching it, setting it up and letting it make money. Site back and wait to catch the domain that will let you retire.

I basically took a year off from "internet crap" to deal with some health issues. Im back healthy again and am ready to start building my empire again. it wont just be five sites but im pointing out that 5 sites that I will have to do little to can make over 60k a year. I have one mainstream site that i caught hell over and was told I couldnt do it that made 2k last month and that made 18k in commisions last year, so that one is above that 1k a month mark.

Just want to point out since not all of you know me, that im not a newbie and i can handle myself but on the flipside i value thoughts, opinions and like to brainstorm whether its helping me or helping someone else doesnt matter.

To answer the traffic question though I think i can generate a lot of traffic through google alone when i get to the top 10 for that keyword phrase. As far as numbers:
a little over 21,000 searches last month in overture driven sites so there are queries being run.

Im not saying it will be easy im saying it will be fun and will work. i jsut need opinions on sponsors...
