Anna is not necessarily normal, but there are a lot of people who are like her. She is a typical stripper, there are thousands of people who are like her, take to many pain pills, and such... who are self centered, live in their own world, yadda yadda....

But Jackson, there is only 1 of him. He is beyond strange, he might as well be from a different planet. Part of his problem is the massive amount of money and fame he has/had which allowed him to get freakier, and stranger without real consequecnes....

IF you or I, or even Anna tried doing some of the things jackson did, we would be in jail, be condemned, before it got out of hand.....

Jackson make the change from a black male to a white female.... crazy....

My daughter was telling me a few days ago that a couple of her 6th-grader friends were arguing with her that Michael Jackson was NEVER black.

I told her to tell her friends to go home and ask their parents about that, since they probably remember quite well the talented little black kid that won the hearts of America... or if they're not as old as me, they surely are old enough to remember when he broke all sorts of records with "Thriller" -- and in the video, was quite clearly black!

Neither Anna Nicole nor Michael Jackson seem "normal" compared to the average person, but the argument can be made that some of the wacky things they do and say are fairly common among people enjoying their level of fame. The moment they became instantly recognizable, the whole concept of "normal" shifted quite a bit in the other direction from what average people would place in the realm of acceptable on a day-to-day basis.

I have no doubt that most average Americans would place pornographers in a group with the likes of Anna Nicole and MJ before they'd consider us "normal" like themselves. Which shows how much the average American knows!

You know, when the program aired in the UK a couple days ago I told my husband that I can remember in the 1st grade (1983) arguing with some boy at lunch about wether Micheal Jackson was white or black. That was just after Thriller. Gosh know what we would have thought today.
