It was also one of the few places we could go to in the summer where the heat wasn't stifling! That ocean breeze was GREAT!

And having the hotel to ourselves........genius!

I hope so too especially since it's my back yard. I thought the hotel was awesome. I might need to get a room next time since I plan on living in the sticks by then.

Is it posted that far in advance?

The facilities at the Florida show were great... only issue was it was 30 minute drive to get anywhere at night...

I spent most of my time in limo buses! Which of course was cool since I was with good friends and had great conversation!!

LOL Shok has been in fog juice since it's inception i think!

It's the ...... juice i guess for lack of better term that is used to creat fog in limo buses.... I can't think of why it's better than dry ice, but you can have it in a confined area and not smell it and end up smelling like it! lol

You are correct that "fog juice," as we like to call it, is the wondrous liquid Shok mixes up in his lab that allows us to ride around in the limo bus like rock stars.

It's much better than dry ice for a number of reasons:

1. You can't turn off dry ice.

2. Dry ice can do some damage if it touches your skin.

3. Dry ice takes up a lot of space, whereas 1 gallon of Shok's fog juice provides many hours of fog-o-rama.

A couple of the AVN crew were in Vegas at Fays show and mentioned that next summer it would be same hotel, same place. Of course I told them we should move the January show to Alaska if we were looking for the shittiest weather possible...

Yeah Humidity can be bad, but I was born in it, and thrive in it. If I do not have 70% humidity I will start drying out....

Moving from CA to NJ will probably break me in the summer. I'll be gazing fondly at photos of Newport Beach with tears (and sweat) streaming off me. Thank god the new place has A/C I grew up in rural MA and the parents didn't believe in it. Our method of keeping 'cool' was to close all the drapes during the day so it was shady inside. Don't even get me started on that house.

30 minute drive.......i seem to remember several hours 1 night with lots of bathroom breaks on the side of the road!!!! But i agree, being with good friends and plenty of Grey Goose, next time we get lost we should just have Brian head west to vegas, he knows his way around there.
