Don't police officers and the criminal justice system have more important issues then to put people in jail for sex toy?

I have seen this happen a few times in OK.

Crazy that in the year 2002, someone can be arrested and charged with having vibrators, etc.

I'm clueless. but as I was in the army at Ft. Sill, OK, I can tell you, alot of OK is the hard core Bible Belt, church on every block.

Yeah in Louisiana there are still sodomy laws which were recently uphead by our supreme court. What a bunch of genuises!

Of course the police really only use it to bust hookers and such, but if a cop or prosecuter wanted to cause trouble he surely could.

I think once we had some issue in La for a lady selling sextoys out of a shop, there is a law that only a certain % of business can be adult or something.

Luckily in New Orleans you can do and sell pretty much whatever, New Orleans is a very liberal city.
