Ok, I did it. On a scale of 10 I give it an 8. I ordered it because I have never had a kobe filet and my curiosity has been satisified. It was not worth the price. My advice is to get a New York or Rib Eye, very thin and flash fry it. A lot less money and I think better flavor. The trick is to get a cast iron frying pan so hot it is almost glowing, fry a thin steak for about a minute on each side with a crispy crust. Maybe 75 bucks but sooooooo worth it. Its not like eating normal beef.
