If you get a nice client base, would do well. People will pay.
Start with Christmas puddings this year, a high cost item so postage wont kill the costings.

I looked into exporting hams and chorizo from here, shipping was scary..

Don't encourage her, it'll mean hours and hours of boxing stuff up for me. She'll cover the shopping part but the rest will get left down to muggins here.
