Forget about looking for a mate. It's near impossible to find someone to date when looking for it Go have fun at places and events you enjoy. You may meet interesting people and if not at least you'll enjoy yourself Thought I'd be alone for the rest of my life as far as a mate was concerned. Wasn't looking, didn't care to look and .......... ...... met a wonderful woman and now we're engaged
