Let's see.....

For the first time in over 4 years I'm not 'associated' with any company but my own (content biz with xxxphoto). WebOverdrive is completely Tweet's, I walked away from that. NO hard feelings, nothing 'wrong' - it was just time and it no longer resembles what we had built it up to be.

I'm no longer associated with MaxCash - which is definitely, um, 'freeing' in many respects - but also is a totally new feeling to have no 'ties that bind' to color/influence what I say or do. I think I'm likin' it honestly, but is definitely strange to not have to think of 'reprecussions' or 'appearances' in regards to a major resource or sponsor before I say or do anything in this biz.

So, what am I doing? I'm in midst of becoming a certified hypnotherapist. I'm helping to run our plugin content business (bloopers & ezines). I'm running my amateur site, still have free sites, blogs & even an herbal site.

I'm learning that mainstream can sell as well or better than adult under the right circumstances and that life is much better when you're not so overwhelmed that you can't seem to take the time to watch a movie with your kids.

Guess I'm testing the waters, coming out of hiding and learning to be 'just snoops' again - and I really don't think that's a bad thing - scary for other folks maybe (snort) - but pretty cool from my perspective.

Now Gonzo, about that pool of yours.....

Congrats on your ventures and your new found freedoms! As someone else who also cut a lot of ties in the past year, I totally understand and applaud you - it's a lot harder to do than most people think.
