Unions cause businesses to grossly overpay employees and practically guarantee they won't be fired unless they break the law (and even then they don't always get fired).

Unions were needed in the 1920 - today there are a bane to America, an insult to workers, a drain on the resources of many companies and in many cases take away the ability of workers to negotiate for themselves.
