Not sure what the situation is/was with regards to test as we dont do any content production on our own.

I guess my question would just be "is there a law requiring testing of adult performers in florida?".

I think the answer to that question would be interesting. I mean, if it is a law then heck yeah.. i think it's fucked if they didn't require tests.

If it's not the law though, well we're all in an industry that gets judged as "immoral and scummy" despite that what we do is legal. If it's not a law, i'd still say it's pretty shitty to bring performers out with an expectation that there would be testing papers provided and then not provide them... but shitty is as shitty does i guess...

I would further assume that the content producers would be hurting themselves if testing and condoms are the standard. Afterall, is it likely that any of the people whining about the tests and condoms would be willing to go shoot for them again? Probably not.
