Using talent at a party with no rubbers, no tests and outsiders jumping in? Someone else that was there mention this to me as well. They told me gusy from the crowd were just jumping in bareback fucking the hired talent. Look like someone is opening themselves up to a big liability here if this is accurate. The STD rate among porn talent is HIGH, no talking AIDS here. Mark another one up to that genius wanna be pornographer photogregg. |
I was there, but didn't see what was going on (I didn't want to and even if I did, I was WAY too short...I don't even Danny could see! :awinky:), but men have unprotected sex with women isn't anything new, is it?
They were consenting adults. If they want to spin the wheel and not know what they're getting, that's up to them. If it ends up badly, Darwinism kicks in. B) It seems Keiko stepped away, so I'm assuming anyone else could have. |
brad, are you saying someone had unprotected sex! say it aint so ;)
oh, I didnt see it, but then again i wasn't looking real hard for it :) |
I was there but the music was so LOUD I stayed out of that room and there were a million people in there. I don't go out of my way to see these things. I look at enough porn each day. It wouldn't surprise me though.
|
Always wonderedwhy they played music so loud at parties, that it is hard to talk.;-)
Unprotected sex between consenting adults is nothing. But if they hired talent, and guys from the crowd jumped in to fuck "porn stars", could be a problem if the girls were under the impression that everyone they would be doing bareback had a current test. I am not picking on the sponsors, but when dealing with talent, tests, there are liability issues. |
Damn Brad, thats a big ass sig you got going on!
:D How is the blowout going?? |

Serge when you get back in the USA, call me....
We had a lot of people stopping by looking to advertise. |
Send me a bill, and I will send one as well;-) I can make it smaller. As for how sale is going, so far so good. Mike want me to make you a package for everything you do not have already? ;-)
|
Greg is supposed to already be doing it....
We can trade out for the banner space in your sig!! HAHA |
hahaha.
I was told by quite a few folks that it was the wildest sex show many that attended had ever seen. Usually 1-4 couples at a time having sex, with changes every few minutes...all this for 5 hours straight. Of course the way rumors go, when someone tells someone, within 2 days I've already heard that 40 people at a time were having sex...sheesh All of the talent at the party our regular talent with us, are tested and still everyone used condoms. Our "from the crowd folks" were staged...ever heard of good acting or "reality" that we stage to make real. In 3 years of shooting hardcore, we've never had one of our talent test positive for hiv or std...we're very careful about this...as is our talent. |

read the reply I made on the original link on the thread. I told Keiko she couldn't be in the show because she didn't have a test....she got pissed off. She wanted $500 for showing up and not performing...told her to do lapdances or go home.
Another typical idiot reporter that found one person's side of a story out of the 500 people there, but didn't bother to talk to the producers of the show or TopBucks. |
I do not give much credibility to someone who fucks talent. Biz is biz, fucking is fucking. Keep your dick in your pants old man.
|
I was standing by the bed the whole night, handing out codems to everyone who need them. I didn't see any unprotected sex going on. I would have stoped it had.
Brad, I detect some professional jealousy. Are you losing business to us? Just because you bought a content company doesn't mean you know shit about running one. Otherwise why would you be blowing out your content so cheap? And for the rest of you sheep who believe what you read, I got a great deal on a bridge, so call me. I generally don't believe a damn thing I read.
Accusations OR denials. :D |
be sure to buy Brad's images that are everywhere on the internet for 1/2 cent each...he needs $$$ to make the pinto lease payment
Sorry Brad...cock only comes out when a customer pays for it...kind of an Ed Powers thing...some surfers/members, like the dirty ole man thing. Didn't do any "talent" thing for 5 years...wasn't until a big customer requested it, that I got scared, and went, fuck...can I do this. Bad thing is they liked it, customers liked it, and I'm stuck. Still only pull it out for 1 out 50 shoots...when the $$$ are there. hey...this is so much fun pissing on Brad :) Off to dinner with Steve from Lightspeed...catch up with this tomorrow :) |
One thing I have noticed about hardcore shoots in Florida is that they are not as strict on checking testing. In LA, without an up to date AIM test, no one will work with you. Condom or otherwise....
The performers each show their tests to the other performers in the scene.... In Florida it seems to be a little more carefree - which I think is careless. AIM needs to open an office in S. Florida to help this situation out. |
Quote:
They need an AIM office here in Vegas too with all the content providers moving here from LA. |
Gregg, believe me Fresh Photos has made more in the past 3 years than you will see in your lifetime. And thats just a small part of my business.
But I am broke. |
Fh and I got there at 10 pm
some guy "organising" models shouted at me he wanted us together with another girl on stage in 10 minutes so we had 10 min to fill out releases and get prepared (change clothes, makeup and fluff hehe) I will add at this point that we were NEVER at ANY TIME ever asked to show any tests!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - this was the first concerning thing.. so we were all ready to go - but 3 hours later we were still standing on the floor waiting to go on. in this meantime the photographers from AVN , knowing I was there - came in to shoot me - but this model "organiser" is yelling at me to go give lapdances I'm like "dude - you want me to go give a $5 lap dance when I can get shot by AVN as good promo for this partY?" duh. I'll also add that while were standing in the "VIP" area - there was a table of very well known webmasters who had help sponsor this party. They had picked up on the fact that things werent going so well - so they had a chat to us - it turned out they couldnt even get a free drink coz they'd never been given a ticket. so now I got one of the top bucks crew comes out to ask me to go in some bikini contest. when i look up on stage - there is ONE girl up there and she's doing a strip show. I looked back in the models area - and all the girls who i had seen there at 10 - they'd gone home. the "organisers" were so desperate to get girls up on stage for that contest they went and grabbed a whole handul of cash and waved it at me begging me to go on stage. at this point I just looked at them like "are you guys thick?" and said "Fuck this - I'm going home" We had a lot of ppl come up to us on the floor the next day and tell us we did the right thing by leaving when we got to Ksexradio last night - we were in the greenroom watching the show and we heard about the "no condoms/no testing" shit that went on now i dunno if these guys were really from the crowd or if it was staged, whether they had rubbers or not, coz we had left by then - but there sure as hell wasn't any tests asked for in the whole 3 hours we were there. ive never been involved in anything so utterly disorganised and unprofessional |
Quote:
But I'm sure Photogregg will be here shortly to dismiss you as just someone who was hired, wanted to be paid for just showing up and are the only one who didn't know that things were staged. I may be an idiot, but I'm not a fucking scumbag who would make models work with no tests/condoms. Bring on the Photogregg spin doctors! |
and people are surprised at all this .... why?
this is coming from the same person who organised a heavily promoted gangbang with no testing and no model releases and claimed on Netpond he was making millions from content and streaming feeds of the event only to later claim he never made a dime. Last edited by JR at Aug 5 2003, 10:04 AM |

Sykk - I am sure someon will turn up to say that for sure
so in preparedness: I got there ready to work FH was not even spose to be performing - but was prepared to, with just 10 minutes notice (supposedly 10 mintues - which turned to 3 hours till we left) I have done Top Bucks Party before - in Vegas working with Ron Jeremy the organisers of that party were so happy that I did so much extra work (anal inc) that they paid me double at the end of the night I went there prepared to perform if I went there with just the intention of standing around - then i wouldnt have lined up asa performer- i'd have gone just as a webmaster shit - id probably have made more money from the networking i would have done but i love performing - and its always a good cross promotion for my sites. and whether things were staged or not - and whether we were informed or not - makes NO difference to the fact that there were NO test asked for at anytime. I remember that the last show iI did for top bucks they WERE required, they told all models wanting wanting to perform that they had to show up the night BEFORE and fill out all the paperwork and provide test results. th reason i remember this so well is coz I had to race out during Oprano dinner to get my results faxed from australia - ans Serge wasn't happy with me;) anyway - Let the spin doctors bring it on cant wait to laugh my ass off |

While I didn't catch any of the sex shows, it sounds to me like some folks chose to not do it and some folks did. Again, i'm not out here in defense of anybody's actions or decisions... just pointing out that free will is a bitch. I dont know if you'd call that spin or not. |

I'm sure this reflects more negatively on those who were organizing the shoots than the sponsors of the party. While performers obviously aren't MADE to do anything, one would assume that if they were hired as sexual performers, then all the proper precautions would have been taken. |
I would assume that they were hired to perform.
Not sure what the situation is/was with regards to test as we dont do any content production on our own. I guess my question would just be "is there a law requiring testing of adult performers in florida?". I think the answer to that question would be interesting. I mean, if it is a law then heck yeah.. i think it's fucked if they didn't require tests. If it's not the law though, well we're all in an industry that gets judged as "immoral and scummy" despite that what we do is legal. If it's not a law, i'd still say it's pretty shitty to bring performers out with an expectation that there would be testing papers provided and then not provide them... but shitty is as shitty does i guess... I would further assume that the content producers would be hurting themselves if testing and condoms are the standard. Afterall, is it likely that any of the people whining about the tests and condoms would be willing to go shoot for them again? Probably not. |

your almost as good as luke at that |

i didnt say people "should" participate in that type of activity, i said that free will is a bitch and people have a right to do so if they wish. goddamn i'd be willing to bet that topbronewsfucks got his learnin of readin, writin and copyright from his crack whore momma. |
Quote:
Hooper, I don't feel this reflects negatively on you as a sponsor of the party, but I would suggest that you would want to use more caution with who you use to provide the talent. |
i'm ducking out of this conversation, we had nothing to do with the talent or the photoshoot. my only point was that it takes two to tango. and whether it's ethical or not, every actor/actress had the right to say no at any time before or during the deal.
|
Yeah I do not think Hooper would be held responsible. Infact none of the sponsors should be worried about it, they hired a company that handles shoots, and were responsible for their actions. If the sponsors themselves hired the talent, and orginized the shoots then they would be responsible for it.
|

I'm not saying for ONE MINUTE that condoms/tests didn't need to be used as I believe they should have been, but the performers were adults who were responsible for themselves. Last edited by Peaches at Aug 5 2003, 04:49 PM |
damn, where was I ?
|
If I brake my leg at the party because a bar stool was laying on the floor, the Radison AND the party sponsors can be held accountable. Same concept.
Hoop...calm down, no need for name calling, just trying to give you some advice to watch what you say in your position. Whether you feel your stance is right or not, there is a potential for this thing getting ugly. If it does, as a co-sponsor, you're not going to want your text brought into play. I ain't mad at anyone over this, I'm just reporting the things I've seen and heard. Don't shoot the messenger. W  |
Quote:
I don't think Hooper should be responsible either. His part of the party: keeping things going and people entertained was a huge success from everything I've heard. The part that was mishandled, strictly IMHO, was the way the talent was handled. |

Can you do me a favor and make your avitar a little bit smaller? Thanks. |

Well, if I open a business and hire people to work for me, by law, I have to ensure their safety. I can't make them work in a hazardous situation. I realize this business isn't like "real" businesses in that most people are independent contractors or just temp talent, but I don't think it's a bad thing to provide a safe work environment. In this business, providing a safe working environment SHOULD include looking out for the welfare of talent and that is done through providing up to date tests. While those who wished to bow out did, what about those too shy to ask or those who didn't think to ask for a test or those who felt too intimidated to ask? It's no secret that some of the models in this industry have a low self opinion of themselves and just do as they are told. While I'm all for freedom of choice and responsibility for one's own actions, I don't see any harm in providing a safe working environment. Fuck, now I'm sounding like one of those union boys ;-))) |
This thread is h-o-t. HOT! Should be interesting to follow
