Ladies - What do you need to reach orgasm?

In my own personal experience most women needed or wanted Clitoral Stimulation to achieve orgasm. If I remember correctly most studies also indicated that many women needed Clitoral Stimulation to reach orgasm

Then there is always the on going debate over the G-Spot orgasm

Obviously just because a women can't orgasm doesn't mean she doesn't enjoy sex or isn't having a good time


Funny story, years back a female friend of mine couldn't achieve orgasm. We're hanging out in a nightclub and a guy walks in and she said "oh no". Seems they had hooked up a few nights before and he just wouldn't stop before he "made her orgasm".
She told me after about 45 minutes of him going face first and her being numb she finally faked it to get him to stop.
