Moderately priced at 3 mil A steal at 1.9 mil Roach infested, reduced to 1.8 mil Although these are an additional couple hundred feet to walk to the strip of yuppie bars...I live just one building from lincoln and have a view of lincoln and the sears. :P Hopefully soon I can buy one of these so I can have some guest rooms though. This guy further down my alley claims he paid 4 for his. Location location location...just like dry cleaners
