Although these are an additional couple hundred feet to walk to the strip of yuppie bars...I live just one building from lincoln and have a view of lincoln and the sears. :P

Hopefully soon I can buy one of these so I can have some guest rooms though. This guy further down my alley claims he paid 4 for his. Location location location...just like dry cleaners :awinky:
