Should we outsource lawyers and accountants?

I have been looking at all the different costs, and thought that maybe lawyers and accountants should be the next to get outsourced. I know more and more companies are offering rutine work done by lawyers and accountants in India, so maybe its time too do the same?

Beside the lower price, then maybe in time, when enough companies have outsourced their lawyers and accountants, we will start to have less of them here = a better world

Have anyone outsourced their lawyers and accountants to india - yet... or do you like/dislike the idea?
