How do you build?

Same here, HP!

Lots of different ways here too, depends on what we're talking about.

First, what I will not use: Cold Fusion, Front Page, Dream Weaver.

What I mainly use: old butt Home Site 4.0, baby! Usually coupled with Photoshop.

If I'm doing galleries and sites for adult (not, shocking), Content God CMS. Home Site to build the templates and its own logo generator (Photoshop not needed.)

If I'm doing a portal, portalware, usually Nuke.

If I'm doing a mini mainstream site, Home Site.

Medium mainstream site, a free or purchased site template, modified in Home Site and Photoshop.

A large mainstream site, a mainstream CMS like Etomite. (And again, Home Site to make the templates).
