The playing field becomes leveled....the lucky ones in the right place at the right time loose their grip on the monopoly due to mandated laws and pressures for a real business model. Those that failed to innovate and only were able to imitate are now in trouble. Toolbar whores come under scrutiny and out of retirement looking for the "next big thing".
