They may pay a higher % but i just registered as a member and they had no performers online. Thats not good for the viewers that are reffered. Also, you have to buy chips in advance to see the video. With CamContacts we charge on a per minute basis which is more flexible for the viewers as well. We also have hundreds of girls online at any one time.... Check it out for yourself, they dont come close to us :P |

As a performer a higher % means nothing to me if I dont have as many clients or I if have to charge a lower price to stay competative. What matters to me is the amount of $$$ I made at the end of the night!

I did check out your site, and was very impressed with your $3000 per signup marketing ploy... are you that desperate for affiliates that you have to lie to get them? Your site claims $3000 per signup... I feel you might be fudging the truth just a wee bit... As for competion you are right; with all certainty I can assure you that Camz and Interclimax aren't in same league as you...

I will agree with you on the high spenders... That is one thing that never ceases to amaze me... However, you must agree that your claim in big bold graphic is quite misleading yes? Offense was taken at your comment about technology... Camz offers two way audio/video and a surfer controlled sex toy 'dashboard' allowing them to take cyber sex to a whole new user experience. This type of innovation isn't just found on any old camsite...

I think their technology is good and their model thus far is successful (girls at home). It only makes sense they want to branch out into broader markets and programs. Give them time…. I bet these guys surprise the fuck out of all of you. For one they are steadily working on enhancing niche/fetish/bdsm and let’s face it, who is really doing this right? Owning fetish sites I’m excited about it. I’ve begged Claudia and VS- the like to please please focus more on providing fetish/niche cams. They recognize this demand and they aren’t afraid to take steps towards it. I know I’ll be watching this company carefully. Dianna

Cams are big business.... there will be more networks popping up. I do not know much about any of them, from a surfers, performer, or webmaster angle. I should probably educate myself. I have a few girls in Florida I am going to be building sites for and they want to cam.

That base makes everyone money. You also have them there and can produce more content to resell. There are pro and con’s to home set-up and letting the girls just do their thing. Professional cam girls are just that, professional and work better alone at home. Still if you don’t train and hire monitors and trainers to help them you’re leaving them to their own devices. (slouching, bad angles, etc.) I still would always lean towards the studio setup for several reasons: 1) She has a schedule, it’s a job and no outside distractions (boyfriends watching TV in the next room, etc.) Her mind set is, “I’m at work and I work till…” 2) A few hours before or after her shift (and during live shows) you snap some video and stills. This is content to use, sell or promote. I’m not sure if anyone has really looked at the numbers or realistic ways to do this but I promise you they will be forced to. Everyone is looking for ways to retain and what better way then live content that is interactive? I’m not so sure the PPV minute plan will be as successful once this happens because if a webmasters hires a crew of girls to provide content for his subscribers he’s going to pay a monthly subscription and come visit his favorite girl. You can still have some one on one or extra up sell perks but if you want him to bill month after month he needs to see a little action without trashing his Visa. Mike your amateur sites would do very well with cams at home if you get one of your managers or train someone to work with the girls all the time. Develop bonus programs and perks that make them excited about doing it. You’ll make more money in the long run. If you’re spending more then 5K per month to a girl giving you content on contract then it’s worth setting her up with the right hardware and letting her & you earn more money.
