Brazilian Webmaster Arrested for Promoting US Sponsors

Apparently he promoted a lot of US based sponsors and he didnt have the records to prove the models werent under age.

It now seems as though even in Brazil, having 2257 records is necessary. He even "linked back" to the sponsor's 2257 pages. Not good enough for the Brazilian authorities.

I never thought this would happen outside the US, but in my opinion if you have content you need to have the records to protect yourself.
Or at least demand that the sponsors have the records available via a third party record keeper so that if you need it, you can get it at a moments notice.

We were just contacted at www.2257Safe.com by another Brazilian webmaster this week over this very issue, so things might be getting hot in Brazil over this.
