Oprano has lost a sponsor because of evan's threats, and I have been forwarded other threatening e-mail from Evan.

I have heard rumors how he has been working behind the scenes to damage John IP, Brad and my business. It ia apprarent Evan is trying to go beyond this and now hurt your business, and hurt Vick as well.

I do not know why anyone would do business with someone like this. It is illegal, and unethical business practices like this that makes me wonder how Evan has any success.

Well it looks from the headers that the e-mail came from Evan. What is the most troubling part of the e-mail is that Evan is trying to extort donations to a charity from innocent people and businesses.

#1 the guy has probably been a jerk all his life. Look at the way he's been conducting himself since he came into this business.

My understanding is that xpays is successful mainly because they're willing to do what most webmasters aren't, which is spam ruthlessly and without mercy. You know, I reached out to Evan. I tried to calm the situation down, give Evan a way to back out of his posistion he had put himself in with dignity. I created a way for him to save face.

He could not turn around laugh, and move on... he is determined to escalate this school yard pissing match, into a major legal action.

Evan is going to single handedly turn this industry inside out.

As I have said before, if this goes to court I am going in with a "Scortched Earth Policy" I will send a pack of attorneys to everyone who has ever spent time socially with Evan, who has ever done business with Evan. I will compell these people to testify under oath and on public records to give us details of everything.

If I was some of Evans freinds I know I would not want to get an anal probing from attorneys during discovery. I would not want to have to testify about drug use, my own or anyone elses on the record. But these people will have NO CHOICE.

The reason why I did this is because I do not care who the person is..There is and never is a reason to make threats like this to anybody.
