If this e-mail really came from Evan and xpays to Vick and Little C.....

I listened to Evan speak the other day how he is protecting the interest of his vendors and his comapny and that is why he is sending his lawyers out. That if there is a slow down in his business it is due to people like me talking on the boards.

bascily I get the impression that Evan wants to hold "US" respponsible for his summer slow down... When business slows down a little, I guess he is not to blame it must be other people... So I have a feeling he is going to try and hang his failures upon "US" in a court of law.

I have also spoekn to people who have and do do business with Evan, and I beleive HE is the reason that many people are unfocomfortable doing business with xpays.

I do not know whether is has been the drugs, the new found money, or what but some people cannot handle their own success.

It is time that we rally together and not let corporate bullies coerce and blackmail us andour friends.

Well guys, you know I really tried to reach out to Evan. I had friends of mine tell me he is a good guy, and once we met we would like each other. That things were just a big misunderstanding.

If Evan sent out this letter, then I am going to have to back out of the golf game and of course he will not be able to play with my putter or balls.

Vick is one of the most honest, hard working, CARING people in this business I know. He is not a shit stirrer or rabble rouser - he is a business man to the truest sense. He has unbeleiveable ethics, and a great work ethic. I am very proud to consider him one of my friends.

Little C has done nothing that I know of but be sweet, kind and flirtatous. She has built up a business over years that have made men jealous of her success. She has never uttered a negative word about anyone. She is a class act all the way.

I will have more to say in a little bit, I want to cross some I's and dont some T's first.

I think it may be time to strike back.... when someone starts to step across a certain line, it is time to fight fire with fire.

Use your time and money more constructively to improve your business. Yes, you get publicity this way, but I think it's going to backfire on you.
There are plenty of lurkers on this board. These are the resellers that you want to push your program, most of them are not big players and if I was one of them looking for a program to sell, I don't think I would jump on a company that is so quick to threaten lawsuits. I'd be afraid that if I had a problem with xpays in anyway and went to the boards to air it, I'd end up on the receiving end of a legal hassle.
You think that you're a player and the other big players can take it, but you're forgetting about all the little guys, these are the guys that keep affilliate programs running. These are the guys that recommend programs to all their friends on other boards. And if you think that they don't read this board, you are very mistaken.

If you want my political views here they are:
