Last week on Dravyk's radio show I laughed at those that fear the government that would bring this industry down. The industry will crumble from within and the dpeositions will have half the industry pleaing the 5th.

I have never known a winner in a lawsuit.....just 2 losers with one party losing more than the other.

The who's who of the entire industry will be brought to court if this nonsense continues and these folks have a lot to lose.

Maybe we should get Judge Judy to come to the Las Vegas show and we can all watch everyone in the industry lose what they have over sillyness.

It won't be the first time that a bunch of millionaires ended up broke and the attorney general or local law enforcement breathing down the necks of everyone involved.

This is as bad as I have ever seen it and the biggesr they are, the more will be lost.

Remember, anything that comes out in discovery or a court of law CAN and WILL be used against whoever for whatever.

I can only urge the friends of both sides to stop the bullshit before it is too late.

D$ I agree with you - this should have been between the parties.

However, Evan has gone behind our backs and tried to damage our business with people who are not connected to this dispute. He has threatened people to cut off business, and sent out other e-mails that you see posted below.

I have made it clear that if this goes to a court room, I am going to institute scortched earth. I have to defend msyelf the best I can in a court of law. So I have made it clear NUMEROUS times I will drag in and depose ( make testidy in from of a courtroom, turn over business papers, everything that legal dsivoery allows me to do) everyone who has any slight connection to Evan personally, and in business.

This would include a lot of players, and big wigs, and even some of my friends.... but in all out legal warfare I would fight to win.

I think it is the duty for those who associate with evan in personal life and business life to straighten him out - not just so we can all get along and be friends but to protect their OWN INTERESTS.

Think about these things: Do you want you personal and social life to become public knowlege in front of a court of law? Do you want business dealings, revenues, business practices to become open to the public through a court of law?

This is just a tiny example of what WILL happen if this is elevated by evan.

D$, I appreciate your offer, but I feel things have gone too far to mediate things on a live radio show. When there are lawyers involved one has to take steps carefully. Mike went more than out of his way to make peace with Evan, and look where we are now?

Evan has always had my phone #, he used to leave me rude voice mails all the time, so he knows where he can find me. But I think at this point with the recent antics on his part, he may have much more serious issues than Brad Shaw.

The best thing you and all of Evan's friends can do it go hide him in the desert somewhere without a computer before he opens a can of worms that will have long lasting repercussions.
