On issue of someone stealing an entire program and websites. In my opinion that is a MAJOR fuck up, I would personally sic my attorneys on them ASAP. However, many people do not have access to attorneys, and those who do may have to wait weeks before anything is done. ( remember how long those C&Ds took to get out, and that was a simple letter)

So I would document the rip off, I would video tape it, as well as taek screen shots, save the HTML and everything else.

Then ( if attorneys are a hassle, an a route you do not want to go now) I would make an effort to contact the people - let them know you are onto them, you have documented the copyright violations, and that if it is not taken down IMMEDAITELY you are going to move on them legaly.

You also make sure they know that even when they take it down immediately, you stil lreserve the right to file legal action against them.

IF you need help, publicity here is a good way to get people to get their acts in line...

I am sure everyone here at Oprano would love to get in on the act, to get these Cockholsters down!
