The FTC expicitly ordered Voice Media in May of this year that under no cicumstances other than for purely AGE VERIFICATION may they take a persons credit card information without FULL DISCLOSURE.
Disclosure which comes before the surfer enters his credit card info.
In this case, the surfer doesn't even enter his info, Silvercash and CE have done if for him, misleading the surfer that he has WON a free membership to CLubpix, nothing to alert him that he's going to be enrolled in something where it is incumbent on him to cancel anything.

Believe me if the FTC gets wind of this major shit will fly. Obviously it's better that there is an email telling the customer what's been done but it still ain't right.
