An very influential person has contacted Oprano concerning your "fradulent" claim for sex.biz.

This party who I spoke with, provided me with documentation showing that he has used sex.biz in commerce for 4 years, and filed for USPTO Trademark before March of 1999.

I then contacted the .biz people and found out that in order to make an IP claim with .biz you had to have a trademark on the name before October 1999.

All of this combined lead me to beleive that Alien has NO rightful claim on sex.biz, and Oprano willnot and cannot help a wrongful cause of action, that could lead to theft of a valueable domain.

I spoke with Serge and we agreed we do not want to have another Steve Cohen situation on our hands.

Alien what you are trying to acheive is wrong, and Oprano will not help you.
