1. I met with Claudia in Miami. Many of the people in involved in the Amsterdam show were feeling a little pressure, that November was just too close to do it right. She asked for my help & I told her that I could not help her much until after AdultDex - so we started looking for other dates & came up with April ( Holland is beautiful in the Spring.)
She wants the time to do it right & that allows plenty of time. Had nothing to do with AdultDex - except I wouldn't be able to help.

2. Vegas Lee & Alex. They are working with me because I asked them. I have been doing TradesShows for 7 years. I don't have staff - it is just me and Dave. (and Dave is part time.) It has taken a toll on me. TradeShows are very frustrating, especially if you are a control freak, and everything reflects on you personally. It has never really been about the money. It has been the challenge and the fact that I care! Actually too much - so I take too many things personally.

My health has not been very good for the last year, and I have had to deal with a lot of pain. I need to start doing something about it, and that requires that I take meds that basically leave me pretty mellow. You cannot do everything that it takes to do a tradeshow - if you are mellow all the time. You need to be creative and I have lost that edge. Soooo it is time for me to quit trying to 'do everything myself. I just can't anymore. It is hard to find people that know the business, are creative, honest & 'give a damn. Lee and Alex fit the bill & most importantly - they put up with me! It has not been easy for me not be in the middle of every little detail, but I have learned to trust their judgement. And no - they have not invested any money in the show, but I certainly hope that they will be well paid for their efforts. I do not need financing - I have not spent 30 years building and selling various business's for nothing....

The criticism about Jordan being self centered is not new. In fact, alot of it comes from the leadership of the black community. They feel as the most famous athlete in the world he could have and should have dcne alot more for black youth.
Then there's the NIKE thing.
