Got this in email. Anyone else read it this way? Has Manwin bought themselves a new HIV testing center?

About Dr. Peter V.W. Miao:

Dr. Peter V.W. Miao graduated from UCLA School of Medicine, completed his medical internship at Harbor General, and finished his residency at the UCLA-San Fernando Valley Medical Program. Was wondering if they bought themselves an HIV testing center.

Would explain the reason for all the heat on the old one to force them out of business.
