They will not give specific reasoning why, all I received after my appeal was another email saying:

What can i say? If they would take the time to thoroughly explain the reasoning why? Then I cannot correct the problem. And without this information? It's a lost cause to continue debating with Google.
I might be able to open another account in another name, but to commit the same errors again and have them re-close it, because I'm unaware what was being done wrong?
