Marc Womack was at the Amsterdam Conf. Apparently he didn't admit it but it was fairly obvious that he's one of the people running fuckingawesome and that it's owned by Deecash.
Apparently not one person said shit to him. In fact, he was getting hugged and high-fived.
Apparently Dee had about 6 people there. Brazzers about 4. No one said shit to them.
Allegedly AMAKings, GossipKings, FuckingAwesome...All DeeCash.

Dee also owns PureMeds who allegedly fucked a TON of people out of a TOn of money.

It would follow the standard DeeCash procedures, which is to take over programs, but leave the original owners in there as "operators" or managing the programs for a while. But over time, those people sort of fade into the background.

As for Puremeds, I think it is one of those sites that got killed when some of the processing and cross billing disappeared. There is only so much that can be done.

Yes, FuckingAwesome.com is mine along with Amakings, GossipKings and the recently acquired RoyalVault. I have never tried to hide this fact nor do I see any reason to do so. I'm fully transparent in that regards and have always been here to answer any webmaster questions.

In regards to payments, I have to say that I take great offense to the falsehoods that have been posted here at GFY that I do not pay affiliates. Not only do I pay, have always paid, and will continue to pay on time, but when Webmaster Checks went belly up, I covered all of the lost money out of my own private funds, to ensure that all of my affiliates got paid, even though I've never recovered the lost funds and most likely never will. There are many webmasters here that can attest to that.

When it comes to webmasters that came here or other boards to complain because they got banned and not paid, I will gladly share the proof of their fraudulent behavior to anybody that should wish to see such proof. You can e-mail our accounting department at accounting@fuckingawesome.com and they will forward your message to me. In fact I encourage anybody that has not gotten paid by me to speak up because I guarantee you that such people do not exist unless of course you were attempting to scam our program by sending fraudulent joins or by violating our TOS.

In regards to the employment of Marc Womack, I want to make it crystal clear that Marc’s endeavors with Madison Avenue have nothing to do whatsoever, with neither his employment nor our programs. Marc is an employee of mine and nothing more. If you have issues with Marc or Madison Avenue, I suggest you address that in a separate thread or email him directly at his private email and he will address it outside of working hours.

As for people trying to tie me with SOBV, I have never even met Jason Forrest nor have I ever talked or done business with him. All of my programs are 100% mine. My companies are all personally and privately funded, and built on the strength and ideas of myself and my staff.

Having said all of the above it saddens me that I actually need to post this but I have no other choice but to do so. From this point on, I will not allow or tolerate any further falsehoods, slander or ridiculous allegations to be posted about any of my affiliate programs, nor about me or any of my employees. Each and every instance will be met with the appropriate legal response by our legal counsel which is represented in US / EU / ASIA and if need be I will retain legal counsel wherever needed. This will be the last time I will address the aforementioned issues. If you are unclear about any of the points above, you are welcome to contact me directly.

Finally, I want to thank my affiliates and welcome all the new affiliates that have responded so positively to the launch of our new program FUCKING AWESOME. I look forward to paying you and continue to pay you and can guarantee my team will be there to support you with sites that convert, the latest promotional tools, and incentives to keep your business.

As for it being obvious "that it's owned by Deecash", I can only refer to my release above where I already addressed any and all speculation in regards of ownership.

I wasnt at the show so I cant comment on anything further other than Marc Womack owes a lot of people money which Im certain you were aware of when you hired him.

Im confused why you would hire someone like that to represent your business. Other than that... I really dont care.

As a total aside here...I'm a 50 year old webmaster who has been in this business for 16 years and has been very successful with it. What motivation would I ever have to promote a program with "FUCKING" in the title? That is obviously marketed to the 15 to 19 year old baby webmaster crowd, not the more serious of us who actually treat our industry as a real business.

I've always been curious as to people's motivation with these ridiculous names and who their intended market is. All it does for me is turn me right off and keep me far away. I understand the shock value in marketing to the surfers, and have no problem with that (as long as you understand who your customers are), but as a B2B marketing plan, isn't it just wrong?

Actually, all of this brings up another question:

Why create ANOTHER program, when you already have programs? Why not add these sites on these programs? Why does there appear to be a need to have tons of different programs? Usually when there are a bunch of company names involved all owned by the same few people in any industry, something shady is going on.

Why not make a global brand like "HiredWomack" and brand all your program sites the same way? Why not make it "HireWomack presents bleepingawesome", so that everyone knows whos program it is. Why are we hiding behind "webmaster @ programname" and an anonymous submit form? ICQ number's name is "fucking awesome". There is no way to tell who is running the program. WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?

I dont know the guy personally or even by reputation. As always the intent of my post was to inform and start a conversation with people I continue to value their response and interest.
