The appraisal of intensehardcore.com is totally irrelavant in this discussion. I'm assuming that name does not get any significant typein traffic (if any) or generate significant revenue. Thus it has to be priced on the name/branding value only. I would not pay more than $500 for that name.
Now, getting back to my question, how much would you appraise a name making $30 per day from pure type-in traffic?
You said $13k (aka 16mo revenue) was too much, so simply let me know what you think is the right price point.

The traffic from this name is pure type-in. I am not used to making false claims, and being both on the buying and selling side, I am more than careful when selling names.

Felt the need to reply to this thread. If it was actual typein traffic making $30 a day then 13K isnt unreasonable at all.. people are paying up to 5 years income for typein domains these days.
