Any producer, anytime they shoot hardcore is at risk. One of reasons we use couples as much as possible, and 2 of our series we do feature the same guy, who won't work with talent unless he see's a current test.

I have been involved in hardcore shoots for over 10 years. We wont even turn the lights on, let alone the cameras, unless all models involved have a passport proving they are over 18, a second form of ID that we recognise as valid also proving they are over 18 (driving license etc) and a valid HIV certificate.
Our view is that if a model caught HIV from a job they did for us they may take us to court.

They are testing for more then just AIDS in LA now. Which I think is good. One reason I stopped shooting in S. Florida was how unprofessional the setup was down there. It forced me to shoot in LA and now Montreal.
