I have to say that the Judge's logic seems pretty screwy. The board of directors in particular are either aware of and approve of the way that Veoh works, or they are ignorant and shouldn't be on the board. The lawsuit alone should be enough to make them informed enough to stop infringement.

The total lack of corporate responsibility is insane.
