flash and search engine spiders a question

Im redoing my photography site, its old and the portfolio is 4 yrs old. I see alot of photog's sites are done in flash. Now I figured the front wouldn't be flash so it can be picked up, is there anything that can be done on the other pages so they can be picked up too.

Ive never known flash to be SE friendly. Maybe someone else has worked with this more.

I got ripped a new one for asking a very similar quetion about a year ago here.
But you should have better luck getting answers being female and all
