they may get bitched out on a forum or threatening emails, but it usually stops there

Its like the password trading sites & game. Its all about traffic and then you have the webmasters that purposely throw stolen passwords & content out there for the exposure.

I also posted this on AskDamageX, a board for TGP owners. I finally did get a reply from Toni over there that they had rec'd no response from the affiliate and therefore terminated his account. BUT, they are still accepting the traffic from all of his gallery links. Even AFF, in the rare cases when they actually do terminate an affiliate, redirect all links for that affiliate to a page that says "Account terminated".
