Apparently our little Confucy is lying on other boards as well, lol!

My biggest bitch of all is when posters are allowed to post personal information about individuals which is against the law and often leads to identity fraud. A certain hacker person posted the SS#'s of my relatives, addresses of mine and my relatives, names of individuals living in those residences and their SS#'s, private telephone numbers, and even the names of household pets. This is very wrong. It is illegal. It is happening right now on Oprano by a poster by the name of Gonzo. He has been posting bits and pieces he found on other websites which has confidential information which can hurt innocent people. It is against the law. Board owners should immediately eliminate this private information and ban the poster. Usually I am against banning people, but the world today is very unsafe. You are opening doors for stalkers, hackers, and thieves to march right into the lives of others and place them in jeopardy.

And then:

Yes, I have been acting like a jerk on Oprano. Serge brings out that side of me. How can those people actually take all that BS seriously?
Seems Lee's board brings out that side of you also.

I disagree with Gonzo and agree with Serge - you shouldn't stop posting here! Free entertainment ain't easy to come by and you're one of the best providers!

Kimmy, the truth is, I am jealous that I can't drink. That means I miss out on drinking some of Napa Valley's great wine as well as my sloe gin fizzes. When I got very sick a few years ago, they gave me some powerful antibiotics that caused a chemical reaction within my body and now I get very sick if I drink alcohol. If you want to get even with me, just slip some vodka or gin into my diet pepsi, and you will knock me out for the rest of the night!

Um, confucy, if I wanted to knock you out, a roundhouse upside your head would probably do the trick. I've got a bag and some practice gloves on my back patio, one more thing you should perhaps consider as a hobby, or for some excercise. It's not as easy as it looks.

Kimmy, I really don't like boxing, but I love punching things, My problem is that I broke my little finger a couple of weeks ago, and I don't think boxing gloves would give me enough protection at this time.

What makes you think I don't do charity work, have hobbies, wash windows, and use vibrators????

Serge, I know very little about wine, even though I like the idea of drinking it. I never quite developed a taste for it. The two times I have gotten very sick from drinking were brought on by wine! Some of my favorite threads were the ones where you, Forest, Mike, and Ulfie discussed wines.

Ah yes, our little passive confucy is back for the afternoon, the Ativan must have kicked in.

Boxing is an art my dear, just like golf. If you've any interest in either, I would suggest The Power of One for the boxing, and Harvey Penick's Little Red Book for golf.

I don't particularly see what charity work has to do with vibrators or washing windows. I certainly don't wash windows and my vibrators would be my own business.

hahahahaha, how did I get dragged into this? I know nothing about wine and I don't think MikeAI knows much more about it than I do. We always let Serge pick the wine, he's the expert.

ShawCutie, I love bridal showers. I was in a wedding a few weeks ago. It was outside on a lake, and it reminded me of MikeAI's wedding on the big green lawn. Brad was very funny on the pure cash videos.

Are you having a December/Christmas wedding? I hope you will share your wedding pictures with us. We don't deserve them, but they would be appreciated.

Serge, I'm just being polite. My compulsive side takes over and I feel compelled to answer all those souls who hate me so much. In my sick mind, I turn all the hate to love, and I start to believe that I'm really liked.

Everything I know about the boards I learned from you. SEGuru may be the guru of search engines, but you are PBGuru (porn board guru). What does the PB stand for in ScottPB's name?

Or we could say: TAGuru (tits & ass) or BSGuru
Am I the only one who has absolutely no idea why Confucy puts the icons she does into her posts ?

Keep having to check back to see if I missed something.

Sausage, I'm not the only one who uses icons. People have never understood whether I'm serious or just BS-ing, so icons are perfect for me. I have never been one to use LOL and all those chatroom infantile abbreviations. I have learned to love the smilies.

In your honor, I will refrain from using one at this time.

Vick, Mike showed us his wedding pictures. Many were of the wedding party on the lawn with the moss hanging on the trees...very beautiful.

Don't forget, the radio interview was almost a year ago. I was recovering from a death in my family and the death of a close internet friend. On top of all this, Mitnick was attacking me on ham radio and sending goons to my home. Serge and I have come a long way since then, and I apologized to Susanne on one of these crazy threads.

Confucy, the shower was very nice! My Aunt and my Maid of Honor threw it for me. It will be my only one since our wedding is small. Oh well there is the lingerie shower at my bachlorette party, but that doesnt count Am I the only one that loves playing the cheesy wedding shower games? LOL

I am having a all white wedding. My colors are white and creme. My theme is a Winter Wonderland. I am sooooo excited, so when someone gets me started on this topic I dont want to stop! My florist is shipping in close to 75 real white birch trees, we are going to put the white twinkley lights all in the trees, add a little diamond dust and have soft blue lighting everywhere. When you step off the elevator onto the floor where everything will be held it will truly look like you are stepping into a winters day. We will have fake snow and white and creame roses everywhere. Brad and I will actually be married under a huge arch of four birch trees. We are having 2 opera singers from Dallas come in and sing two songs during the ceremony, one from Phantom of the Opera, and then they will sing our "First Dance" which will be All I Ask of You from Phantom. Brad is in chage of the food, so you can only imagine There are so many more details that are unbelievable, I am very excited! I am actually theming my wedding like Melissa Rivers, although hers was at the Plaza and a few million...Mine is not

Nick, we are all crazy on the boards, so if that is fine, I guess I would say yes. Serge sensed I was taking everything too seriously and suggested I take a break. At the time, I didn't agree because I was very angry. Then when Serge banned me, I really took a break! Brother Serge has a serious side under all the fun & games. At this time I can honestly say that I'm not angry at one Opranonite - Opranonaut (what do you call an Oprano user?) Sorry to say, there is one hacker who is still on my *shit list!* Hasn't everyone been betrayed sometime, somewhere? I read about webmasers who talk about betrayals from webmaster partners, or in Shaw's case, he thinks he was betrayed by KB. After digging and searching around, I finally have some idea why Mitnick turned on me. He was wrong and is wrong, but he is sticking to his story, and I am sticking to mine. I dont know how long the prisons keep all their phone tapes, but the truth is on those recordings of my conversations with Mitnick.

confucy, I helped you once and I'll _try_ to do it agin, and I don't talk out of my ass, I ONLY talk from expereince.

I was fucked by close and trusted associates for more money than 80% of GFY make together in their life times...

I could hang to it,
sue, sulk and every day make my own life miserable counting my losses.

I have chosen not to, not for their sakes,
FOR MY SAKE and I NEVER regreted about it ever since.

FORGET MITNIK. Don't you see that the thought of him destroys
YOU MORE THAN ANYBODY?????

for YOUR sake, let him go.....YOU'LL be more happier as a result of it.

karma is a bitch. money I was screwed of didn't bring happiness to my associates...
divorces, split of estates, heart attacks...I couldn't do more even if I dedicated my life to it.

move on and....if you do,
I'll send Kevin a bill for my services and split it with you 50/50!

and here my "closing argument":

I am a student of all religions, which probably explains why I am a hard core atheist
;-)
and my favorite idea from Christianity is:
"When you are slapped on the right cheek, give the left one to be slapped"
(does MIRRACLES in spanking, BTW!)

That idea was put in the Holy Bible for a reason....the hand which does the slapping often hurts more than the cheek.

I see YOUR hand hurting....
LET HIM GO.

I love weddings that take place outside under old oak trees with views. The problem is that you are open to the weather conditions. It started to rain at the wedding I attended, and I cringed when I saw the lace on the bottom of her gown dragging in the dirt. You will have the best of both worlds by creating an outdoor atmosphere indoors.

I have a childhood friend who loves Christmas. We both grew up in a small city in Indiana which was known as *Christmas City* because all the business owners and home owners really got into decorating during the holidays. My friend held her wedding in the middle of a light showstorm outside at the courthouse which her great grandfather and mine had built years ago. It was snowing enough that horsedrawn sleds were used to bring the guests to the ceremony which was held under white tents. The snow was coming down lightly, so the tents did not collapse. It seemed like the entire town showed up. It was the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. Almost everything was white, including most of the flowers. She also used pale pink roses which looked perfect among all those white flowers. Animal activists wouldn't have approved of the white fur coats that the preacher and the wedding couple were wearing. One of the local stores furnished the coats. It was a fairyland.

"All I Ask" is my favorite song from the Phantom. Phantom of the Opera never dies. It is coming back to Los Angeles, but they haven't announced who will be the phantom.

MikeAI, Billy and me

I guess I work backwards - my tolerance starts at the beginning. There's only 3 posters I can think of whom I've ever lost all respect for and started to lose patience for dealing with their foolishness. But even those three, I'm able to laugh at instead of getting pissed off.

But I'll let C figure herself out - I need to go give a blow job - to the yard.

That's great advice. Too many people take the boards WAY too seriously. I've been called every name in the book and it doesn't bother me at all. I'm also only half as abrasive as Serge can be. I'm working on it though. One day I'll be able to polish stone on my ass like Serge can.

ulfie, the HIGHEST level of abrasiveness one can reach is...when one can polish KIDNEY stones on his ass!

Serge, the first Phantom I saw was Michael Crawford. He was excellent.

Many have recorded the music, but one of my favorites singing, "All I Ask," is Barbra Streisand. She swears she will never do another public performance unless it is something small and private to raise money for a political candidate or a charity. Great voice!

The reason Mitnick can't pay Oprano a visit is because he can't fight the truth. He is going around the world making speeches about security, and in particular, identity fraud. How will he explain giving out information about me and others which leaves a person wide open to losing his/her identity. If he were unemployed and didn't care about his newfound business reputation, he would be all over me. He sends out his goonsquad to try to scare me into silence. He owes money to his Uncle Mitchell, his mother, Reba (his grandmother), Lewis De Payne, Alex Kasper (his partner), his deceased father, his aunt (the bailsbond lady), his attorneys, and a long list of people who supported him for years. He is the most ungrateful selfish person I have ever known. It will take until the end of this year for me to cleanse myself from his evilness.

it's like with quitting drinking, smoking, drugs,
the SOONER you start,
the better is for YOU.

LET HIM BE............................'cuz otherwise, it's gonna be YOU who will be destroyed from within,
after all, he ONLY has you to deal with over the distance,
you have YOU who is destroying you and all from inside, MUCH closer distance and...your defences against external "enemies" are much stronger than against internal ones.

do you need meds to fight against ANYBODY on the net?

NO, you are quite capable without them, but against Mitnik's demons even ativan doesn;t help..

LET HIM GO.

"the demons within" do more damage to you than Moses caused to Egypt...

LET MITNIK GO and put demons to rest,
we won't think less of you for it.

Serge, you sound like Mitnick's co-defendant. Mormons say the truth will set you free. Well, I'm telling the truth, so why in the hell aren't I free?

I don't want to battle *M* on a board. I want a live radio show! Not ham radio, because my signal isn't that strong and hams jam your signal when they can, and then you can't be heard. I want an internet radio debate, and I want it archived. *M* had his own radio show for a year on KFI 640 AM Los Angeles. The only way we communicated all those years is by phone because *M* hated to write/type letters. He would crumble under the pressure because he is a liar. You would be able to hear the flop sweat dripping from his brow.

you are not free because according to Mormons, and Lew will confirm what I am saying,
there are LOTS of truths....

in Mormon religion there is no absolute!
(the whole religion is sucked out of the finger,
and the absolutes would hurt them more than the lack of them)

BTW,
just for the argument sake,
if Mitnik dies from heart attack tomorrow,
how do you plan your life the day after tomorrow?

whatta you gonna do with all the injustices accumulated of the year?

will you transfer your relations with him onto his relatives? publisher? friends or....move on?

think about it

Well, Jacqueline, here I am. I want to thank those that wrote me and showed me the garbage that this obsessed, crazed, psycho stalker has been writing here. I got several good laughs this morning.

There is so much bullshit, that I don't even know where to start. Out of the people you list, I owe money only to my grandmother, and that is being taken care of. Maybe you could call and verify with the rest of the people, like you did when you called and socially engineered my grandmother a couple of years ago, under the guise of being one of my friends. Or maybe you should contact the reporters you send your garbage to every time a story is written about me. You're so stupid, that you would put your trust into a reporter? I have a nice stack of forwarded e-mails from reporters, television and radio stations, that they received from you.

I haven't spoken to you in over four years, because you stabbed me in the back and went to the press with information I gave you, as well as giving my defense information over to Lewis DePayne and his lawyer. For those that are unaware, Lewis did work with the government and cooperated against me as part of his plea agreement, in order to receive a reduced sentence and home detention. Want to verify it yourself? Go to the Department of Justice site and search for their press release stating they received his full cooperation.

You should watch how you throw around those threats of lawsuits, because one is coming your way. I have until January to file for that letter full of lies you wrote to the FCC and FBI. You did not help set up the defense fund, you did not help register kevinmitnick.com, Lew did not help setup web sites, my grandmother has verified he never contibuted to my defense fund, and we only had contact for at best, 3 1/2 years, not 5. The way I figure it, you owe me about $20K for the trouble your big mouth caused me with my FCC license.

Not only did you lie about who you were, you age, your lifestyle, the kind of car you drove, basically everything, in order to extract information from me to insure that I wasn't cooperating against Lewis. You are still lying to everyone else here, because you're a pathological liar. Your real name is Jacqueline Ann Barley, you were born to Pauline and Ted Barley on 9/8/1941 (62 years old) in Marion,IN. You have two brothers named Jim and Bill, and a sister named Betty. Since they have publicly listed addresses and phone numbers, they should be easy to reach if someone wants to verify this info. Funny thing is, you claim to be Jackie's niece, but also born in Marion, but neither Jim, Bill, or Betty have a daughter named Kim. The Bureau of Vital Statistics has no record of a Kimberly J. Tracey born on 9/1/62 in Marion or anywhere else in the U.S., and there weren't any other Kimberlys born that day in Marion. Your attorney, Clark Garen, helps you in your identity theft to pursue legal actions under false names. Besides Jacqueline Barley and Kimberly Tracey, you also go under Jacqueline Ann Lacey (thanks to our sources at Indiana University). I wonder if any of these have separate social security numbers that were obtained through fraudulent misrepresentations, which will make you a FAT FELON FUCK soon enough. I'm sure when I call the IRS on Monday to launch an invesitigation into your identity theft, we will see who gets the last laugh. Along with getting a ham radio license under a false name, and signing the FCC document under the penalty of perjury. That should add a few years onto your identity fraud sentence.

All you do is sit behind the computer, lie about taking trips and harass people all day long via the computer. According to our sources at Kingwood, you rarely show your fat self outside your apartment. You haven't taken your fat ass out of that chair in years, you probably can't even fit through the door any more. Your old Toyota Celica (license plate #4EWV552) hasn't run in years, and you do not have a Jaguar like you claim. What is there about you that is true?

People everywhere hate you and each has compiled their own little information, and now we are all coming together, so that we may sue you for liable, slander, harassment and other damages you have caused us all, and force you to appear in court. If anyone else is interested in filing suit, she lives at 4143 Via Marina, #418, Marina Del Rey, Ca 90292. Her phone numbers are (310)821-0300 and (310)306-5261. This was the information she gave me while I was in custody, and I am under no obligation to keep this information private. If you continue your harassment of me and my family, I am going to expose more information that you would rather keep private.

The ball is in your court.

You should never wrestle with a pig, you'll just get dirty and the pig will like it.

Fuck you,

Kevin Mitnick

women retain young voices as long as they don't smoke and drink
