But surely if you had spoken to a lawyer you would have been advised that an actual 'contract' holds up more than 'word of mouth'

You would also know that the action you take is against the seller of the domain, not the buyer, if you had spoken to a lawyer of course

Okay some how your transaction did not go thru. It was left in pending for a day and now it says reverse. I did not recieve any money from it.

I do have the server info.

Also I did not want you to change the login info to my domain area. What is the login there??

Seems like he tried to scam a couple of people and didnt count on one of us actually being ready to transfer all the data into our name the second we had all the login info LOL
