Can any techie person help me with this?
I have a cd of Indian content which I purchased from a company in India a few years ago.
I've never played it and now after finding the disc again I can't get the disc to play on my pc or on any dvd or cd player. My question is.. when these cds are copied in India do they have a code on them that will only let them play in specific areas? And if this is the case is there any way I can get the content off the discs? |

Re: Can any techie person help me with this?
I figured it out with a program called IsoBuster. Apparently not only did it have weird codes on it..it also had several tracks of gibberish which is some kind of stuff they put on Indian cds and dvds to comply with copyright law. Since this was custom content and we purchased it I have no idea why they put all that stuff on the disc. |
