It's kinda funny the race says "B" :P

I don't think he'll "get out" of it, but I bet he doesn't spend a minute in jail. More than likely one his people will go to the kid's parents, offer mega $$$ for the kid to change the story/refuse to testify and the case will be dropped or the charges lowered.

IF he was as innocent as he claims, then after all the crap that's been thrown at him all these years he would NEVER allow himself be alone with a kid and no adult witnesses. That's just common sense.

I don't think he can buy his way out of it this go around. After the last case, Cali passed a law to prevent civil cases from interfering with criminal case.
