OK if you look at the grid......takeaway the first one on the grid.Its always divisable by nine...therefore it can only be a multiple

ie 9,18,27 are all the same symbol...it can't be 90

Heh-heh... just to add to the confusion, the same symbol appears in all the possible answer squares... but it changes on each pass.

Yep - the answer is always going to be a 9 or a multiple of 9
look at the grid before you chose a number
9 and all multiples of 9 have the same symbol


Here's another play on the same principle

But this time you're going to project your thoughts into my mind via the internet


Chose a number between 1 an 9

Now multiply that number you have chosen by 9

If the number you now have is a 2 digit number please add the 2 digits together
(i.e if the number you got by multiplying is 34 then your new number would be 7 3+4=7)
If it is a one digit number please keep that one digit

Now please subtract .... ummmm 5 from the number you have in mind

Now we're going to associate your number with a letter of the alphabet
If your number is 1 your letter is A
If your number is 2 your letter is B
If your number is 3 your letter is C
If your number is 4 your letter is D
If your number is 5 your letter is E
If your number is 6 your letter is F
.... and so on

Now that you have a letter in mind I'd like you to please think of a country that starts with that letter

Please take the SECOND letter of the country you have in mind and think of an animal that starts with that letter

Now think of the color of that animal ......

i was proud of myself when i noticed that in each vertical column of the grid ONE symbol gets repeated. i have no clue what it means tho

Mutt - your answer is always going to be a multiple of 9
Pick any number and try it

15-1=14-5=9


57-5=52=7=45

93-9=84-3=81

Look at the grid all multiples of 9 are the same symbol

Now get on your grey elephant and charge through Denmark!

The sorting doesn't matter one bit - it is just so you get a different symbol every time - go there and reload the page without choosing a number and see for your self
