Options For Content Sales

I've recently disabled one of my paysites and had hopes, albeit slim, of selling off the content. I'm wondering what options may be available with respect to selling outright, or some form of leasing deal that would not include the material simply sitting on the shelf somewhere. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
