She'll get served. We have two months to play with here. Anyone over 18 can serve her. We had the Sheriff's Department do it.
Serge, if I had known that this is all it would take to get an invite to Casa de Serge, I would have done it long ago.  Sorry Gonzo, no VIP seating. You'll have to sit amongst the peasants like the rest of us.

She's still avoiding service. Now, what in the world would make her do that? Remember how she said she would welcome a court action, so she could tell her side?
She's evading it, because she has lied to all of you about everything, and has no proof to substantiate any of her claims in court. Here we have given her a perfect opportunity to do so, and she is too scared to open the door for the sheriff and accept the papers. This is because she knows we have proof. We know she is aware of the case, because she has probably seen it here. Also, her neighbor was served last night as a witness. He knows that she is 62-years-old. I know she is in town, because she tried my site from her Verizon DSL yesterday afternoon, only to be denied with a 403. I'll keep you guys informed of what's going on with the case. |

We REALLY need a popcorn icon - though this one when directed to C comes in handy:
 If you know anyone in that area, hire them to literally sit there and wait for her to leave. Eventually she'll have to get groceries - or open the door when someone delivers them. :P Can she get into trouble for lying about her age for her ham license? What an idiot she is not to answer the door when she's being served.
