Anybody know where I can find a copy of the judgement in the Perfect 10 vs AgeCheck case? I don't see it on APIC - doesn't look like APIC has been updated in years - maybe that's just the outside part, members area might be active.
thanks |

Mutt if there was a settlement, rather then a verdict chances are the parties made it private.

It was a settlement.
Perfect 10 has never gotten a verdict.

hmmmmm........ i think that case went the distance Mike, i'm probablywrong tho. I do remember reading at least part of what sounded like a judgement, maybe it was just part of the transcript from the trial.
did you ever consider joining APIC? I guess since you have your own in house lawyer and lots of eyes on the Net they wouldn't be that useful. |

Mutt to be honest, APIC was always a joke in the past. Not sure if it changed, but I doubt it.
And I do think there was a negotiated settlement of the case, and details will probably be kept private. |
