TCP/IP networks use both the IP addresses and MAC addresses of connected computers. A computer's assigned IP address changes over time, but the MAC address of the computer network adapter is fixed.

It is usually not possible for a person to get the MAC address of a computer from its IP address alone. These two addresses originate from different sources. Simply stated, a computer's own hardware configuration determines its MAC address while the configuration of the network it is connected to determines its IP address.

Here is 1 way to do it. If I wanted to get your Mac address, I could get you to download a program to your computer, and run it. (The MAC address is easily obtained from any program running on your machine). This program could then broadcast (via sending a message, Posting, or send an email) to me with your MAC address.

I however, could not sit here, and run a magic program, enter your IP address, and grab your Mac address. I'm sorry, but AS FAR AS I KNOW BECAUSE I AM NO NETWORK EXPERT HERE, I do not THINK that this cannot be done.

I am not trying to put you on the spot dude, I'm sorry. I am just asking you (or anyone) to show me how to get a Mac address of any machine on the Internet.

Anyway, You purchased a license to use our software. You did not purchase the use of the images of our girls or their model releases.

When you add girls to your website via our Mbase system (http://www.2much.net/mbase.html) you have the right to use their image because (a) the webmaste the girl works for is allowing it by adding her to mbase in the first place.

When that webmaster unshares that girl from mbase, or that girl quits or whatever, then you no longer have the right (nor the need) to continue to display that girls picture.

You were asked at least 3 times in 3 months to stop doing what you were doing, because it aided no one (especially not you), was disrespectful to the talent, etc. There is nothing in our contract that guarantees the use of any chat model's pictures on your website unless we sell you the rights to that image, AND you have the valid 2257 info, Model Release, etc etc.

What if the feds had knocked on your door and asked you for her 2257 info? What would you have done then?

We had purchased 500,000 clicks from a reputable pay per click broker and obtained a discount which we offered to pass on to you and our other clients. Not only was the traffic very targeted, but included stats and a method for you to manage the traffic via keywords that you could have selected.

Let's be clear on this. I'm not that person, period, and that the "proof" that it was me is by my Mac Address. Not only do you believe him, but you also claimed earlier that Mac Address tracking is common.

Am I a networking guru? No. I am saying that Obtaining a Mac Address via the Internet is impossible, unless an application is installed on a PC which broadcasts that mac address.

To clarify Shellee, we had offered you a discount price of our LiveCamNetwork in exchange for revenue share with you. After 6 months or so we still had made no money from this arrangement with you. When you purchased the license at the discount rate you assured us it would be a team effort. In the end we felt that we had been tricked, and more importantly, our time spent assisting you completely wasted.

The fact that you were then demanding credit you did not deserve, taking advantage of something we left out of our contract, free services, refusing to remove images that you did not own etc, refusing to take our advice, refusing to put on quality content etc, prompted that email. If you did not follow our suggestions (or at least offer qualified reasons why you would not), then we would no longer continue those free services and instead charge you Per Service.
