I did not say or imply in anyway that you purchased the same content, only that we both purchased from the same person if you recieved clean docs then dont you think we did as well? is his Probation supervised? or unsupervised? and would brokering someone elses content in fact be a violation to not involve himself in brokering of any kind as was apperantly one of the terms of the probation?

both can have severe consequenses if the terms of the arrangements were violated.
if you as a company sell others content is that not in fact brokering? or do you outright own all the releases you sell?
