Its official. I am selling my site of 4 years.

I have created a site with all info one might need to know on webmaster end of the site. Anything I should not put up? Anything I need to put up specifically? And where can I find old stats for my site? most of my old stats have been deleted by master stats.

What range do you think I will get offers in considering the unique history of this site? The best I can do is expect something between 1k-40k

This site made craploads but then I became a Steadicam Operator and neglected the site for over year and a half. Because of this I am giving the deal of a lifetime for a site that makes 40k a year.

Ok, so you're selling a TGP after it's traffic has really taken a dump. That's a tough sell.

I will say this though, you did the best job of packaging it up and providing disclosure of any site sale that I've seen.

Highest bid is 2,500$ with transfer of ccbill + Nats.. Plus I will train in obtaining traffic. I would consider No transfer a higher bid.
