Well, having seen some of the industry's notable "stars" as well as
several hot but relative unknowns, I can say that there are some that are as Fletch describes... like anyone else, how hard they partied the night before (or the week before... LOL) has a big influence. My experience and my training gives me the advantage to "pre-visualize" how they will look fully made-up. But the fact is that the in the great majority of the cases, most people would pass online models on the street without giving them a second look. I won't even get into the way that Photoshop has become the "great equalizer" for online photography... I am the one of the most highly skilled cosmetic surgeons to ever use a mouse...  Now if I could get paid like one... On a more serious note, I do have more time available than I did a couple of years ago... if anyone has need for someone to do content optimization, please email me...
