I always laugh when I read articles like that, because they are confusing "free" with free.

Yes, free packs them in, yes you can sell some other stuff, but if you offer something for free all the time, people won't ever buy that thing anymore, because they know it's free most of the time.

It's pretty much shooting yourself in the foot so you can sell the blood for money.
