BTW When I was making big bucks I lived in a house I bought for 300K. I put $10,000 into it and had a 5,500 square foot, 4 bedroom, full finished basement, office, rec room, 3 car attached garage, on a private lake that was a very nice size.. I live in pretty much middle of nowhere - Peoria, IL area. Do you have any idea at all how much money that house would of cost in say Chicago... About $1.2 million minimum, even more in areas of Florida, and in California I am guessing $2 million.

Being Frugal in your spending (or smart depending on people's point of view) is not a sign of weakness in business, rather strength... To me at least. Would you rather be in business with someone who makes $1M a month and buys a new ferrari every month or makes $1M a month and drives a $40K car and has a $300K house ?

Personally, I would love to be in business with someone that makes five million a month and buys a new Ferarri every month. Frugal is good. Priorities make you successful. Your new site sounds like you are starting off with that in mind and having a toe in that market leads me to believe you will do well. BTW, why don't you write your own stories. It will give you content and help you understand your customers better which always equals more money.

Edit: I hate to do it, but for my sins I am a pretty good writer and I find that good copy brings in good business. Your customers believe you understand them. Which, in fact you do if you can write about the niche. Its a win win strategy.

Take the hot button words...whatever they are that makes your customers horny (you know the kind people yell out when they are horny and make no sense) and just wrap a story around them. It works so well and makes writing a snap. That also makes them key word rich.
