Weight loss has been slow this month, but I have been building more muscle. down only 5 lbs since the 5th, but have dropped another % in bodyfat:-)

back on the wights... loss at only 7 lbs this month, but i imagine the muscle negates the loss

morgan, make sure a good portion of your daily calories is some sort of protein. that got me over my last hum, that and i doubled my water intake. so go ahead enjoy that boneless chicken or lean meat. you be surprised at how low cal it is, and it can leapfrog over the next plateau

I weighed myself earlier and I'm up to 234 pounds! That means I have now gained 54 pounds since I have been in this business! Sitting behind a PC most of your life sure doesn't help with weight loss

No exercise and only one big meal a day sure kills the metabolism. It's time to eat more often, and do a bit of cardio.

Yup I went from 175 at age 36 when I started to 245 at my peak.

Today, I'm 40 pounds lighter; and, as of last Wednesday, minus a gall bladder that the attribute to my rapid weight loss.....AS IF!

Seven months. 40 lbs. And, they call that rapid?

But, yeah, I'm still losing.
